We’re thrilled to welcome back roaming restaurant Fervor, as part of Taste Great Southern’s 11-day festival in May 2024. Celebrate the exquisite flavours of our region as chef Paul Iskov masterfully combines these with indigenous ingredients to create a truly unique offer. We are double excited that the meal will be paired with wines from beloved local winemaker Andrew Hoadley of La Violetta Wines.
